| A World Class Concierge Service, Inc. provides patients with a companion to assist them with their non-medical needs during a hospital stay. Listed below are some of the services we offer. Please feel free to JUST ASK for any non-medical service you'd like, but don't see listed. |
- Accompany the patient to the hospital and get them settled
- Assist with comfort needs in the hospital room
- After admission, check-in with the nurse's station and update anyone
on a list to be notified of changes (we will need your permission to get
this information from the hospital staff) - Go into the patients room, talk with them to see how they are feeling
and if they need anything - Arrange delivery of special meals to the hospital or help the patient
select hospital meals - Make travel plans for out of town family
- Coordinate newspaper delivery to the patient
- Make medical appointments for the patient
- Arrange delivery of medical equipment to the patient's home
- Serve as an on-site point of contact
Any other non-medical request made by the patient or family member in
charge, JUST ASK!
