| We are a Personal Assistant, Errand and Concierge service provider. We serve individuals and companies. How can this service help me? We can help you by taking care of the things you don't want to do or don't have time to do. We become your personal assistant / concierge so you can spend time doing the things you enjoy. Can you provide personal assistant services, such as typing or research through the Internet? Yes, we can provide those services and more in virtual and/or real time. How does the service work? We have several easy options, you contact us by telephone, email or fax with your request. What if I need a service not listed? We are here to help you, so if you don't see the service listed, just ask. How do I pay for the services? For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, money order or travelers checks. Please note, that payment is due at the time the service is provided. How much notice do I need to give you? It is best to schedule your services with at least 24 hours notice, but we are happy to be of service with little or no notice when possible. We have a 24 hour answering machine for your convenience and all calls are responded to promptly. What if I need after hours or weekend services? After hours and weekend services are available at an additional fee. Just ask us. What kind of services do you offer to hospital patients? We offer a variety of services from picking up a forgotten items from home to delivering something that you crave. For families who spend a great deal of time at the hospital, we can run errands so you don't have to. How can I become a preferred vendor? Please call, send an email or fax telling us all about your services and the rate you charge. How do I start my own personal assistant, errand service and/or concierge service? We get daily inquiries from people who want to start a similar service. Due to the volume of requests we now offer a consulting service. If you are interested in speaking with us there is a $125.00 per hour fee for consultation. We are happy to share our experiences and help you in any way we can.
